Affordable Care for You
ChiroHealth USA (CHUSA)
This is a discount medical plan that allows us to keep our prices low and to cap our office visits so you know what your cost will be each visit. While this membership is optional, it is highly recommended because it saves YOU money. Without this membership, we are not legally able to offer discounts and you will be charged the actual clinic fees for your appointment.
ChiroHealth USA - What is It?
Why should I join ChiroHealth USA?
ChiroHealthUSA is a great way to reduce your out-of-pocket expenses for health care as health care costs continue to rise. A single $49 annual membership includes everyone in your immediate family, giving them the ability to receive needed treatment that may be paid out-of-pocket at a reduced rate. Partially insured patients, who have coverage from some services and not others, like Medicare patients, may use their ChiroHealthUSA benefits to complement their existing benefits, specifically for the non-covered services. ChiroHealthUSA is provider network that works in conjunction with a discount medical plan organization (DMPO).
CHUSA FAQs
Can I use CHUSA with my insurance?
Yes. ChiroHealth USA may be used with insurance for non-covered services or when benefits are exhausted in clinics that accept insurance. While this program is not a replacement for insurance, it may be used to supplement a major medical health insurance policy. Health plans differ so check with your plan administrator for any restrictions or limitations.
Where do I sign up?
You can join right in your chiropractor’s office. Your member packet will be sent to your preferred email or mailing address.
What does it cost?
$49 a year. This membership will allow you and your legal dependents to receive discounts on many of your chiropractic expenses.
*If you would like to submit to insurance, we are happy to provide you with a superbill. This is simply an itemized list of all the services that were provided to you during your appointment (or appointments) and the cost associated with each. You are responsible for the fees associated with your appointment and must pay at the time of service, however, after submitting your superbill, your insurance will reimburse you (rather than us) for the services that are covered.
